COVID-19 NOTICE: We recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your booking as we will not be able to offer any refunds outside of our cancellation policies as described below.

Damage Deposit:

For all cabin and RV rentals, you will see a $150 damage deposit charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your booking.  This will be automatically refunded to your account after your visit if there is no reported damage. If there is damage, you will be directly contacted to confirm the charges.

Cancellation Policy:

Cabin and RV rentals: 60 days prior, full refund; 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, minus fees.

Tent/RV Sites: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Pet Policy

Please make sure to notify us that you will be bringing a pet.

We have 5 pet friendly cabins and 2 pet friendly RV rentals.

-Halibut Hole and Captains Quarters allow larger pets (Maximum of 2) As well, our Rv’s, Whiskey Creek Beach RV and Eagles Nest RV.

-Jasper Inn, Barnacle Hill and Codfish Cottage allow 1 pet under 25lbs *(exceptions can be made in these cabins for guests that will not be using the couch beds for sleeping)

*Important: A portion of the fee can be saved when you bring your own blankets and pillows for your beds. Only sheets will be provided. There is a flat fee of $25 when you bring your own bedding. Additional charges may be added for larger, heavy shedding animals. Please contact us for further details on the fee if you prefer to use our bedding. Fees will vary.

Cabins/RV’s that do not allow pets:

Beachcomber Cottage, Prevost Luxury Coach, Hillcrest Cabin, Cedar Heights and Chalet RV do not allow pets.
