For all cabin and RV rentals, you will see a $150 damage deposit charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your booking. This will be automatically refunded to your account after your visit if there is no reported damage. If there is damage, you will be directly contacted to confirm the charges.

As you know, the COVID-19 situation has created very difficult and extreme financial circumstances for people all over the world and for many businesses, ours included. We are currently in the process of seeking disaster loan assistance to survive as a result of the decimation of the travel and lodging industries, and the attainment of these funds may take a few months. As a result, we are keeping a log of all refundable cancellations and will be crediting these funds back to the original card on which deposits were charged on a first come / first serve basis, in accordance with our cancellation policy (below). The first wave of cancellation deposit refunds have already emptied our cash accounts.
Please understand that you are not being denied a refund–if you are entitled to one based on our cancellation policy. We are only delaying refunds until funds are obtained to issue them.
We are very sorry for the delay, but are hopeful that you will be patient with us as we persevere to get through this.
Refunds for reservations cancelled outside of a 30-day window of the scheduled check-in date are fully refundable.
Deposits for reservations cancelled inside of a 30-day window of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. However, in light of the current situation, we are willing to refund 50% of the total collected for those reservations cancelled inside of this 30-day, non-refundable window, if the reservation was booked before March 14, 2020, with a check-in date up to April 30, 2020.
