Booking Policies

IMPORTANT: Be sure your email and phone number are correct. You will receive emails and text messages regarding your reservation.

Damage Deposit

A $150 damage deposit is charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to your booking for all cabin and RV rentals.

The deposit is automatically refunded after your visit if no damage is reported. If damage occurs, you will be contacted directly.

Cancellation Policies

Cabins & RV Rentals

  • Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival (service fees excluded).
  • Same policy applies to re-scheduling requests.

Tent Sites & RV Sites

  • Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refunds for cancellations or re-schedules within 7 days of check-in.

Pet Policy

All guests staying in a pet friendly cabin are charged $50.
