Booking Policies

IMPORTANT: Be sure your email and phone number are correct. You will receive emails and text messages regarding your reservation.

Payment Policy

When booking 60 days or more in advance, your booking will be charged through two separate payments as follows: 60% at booking and the balance based on the cancelation policy.

Cancellation Policies

Cabins & RV Rentals

  • Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival (service fees excluded).
  • Same policy applies to re-scheduling requests.

Tent Sites & RV Sites

  • Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refunds for cancellations or re-schedules within 7 days of check-in.

Pet Policy

There is a flat $35 fee for bringing a pet.
